Part 2
Tutorial on how to activate MMS on iPhone 3.0 beta 2 and up on AT&T USA
What you'll need:
1. Your iPhone
2. Your Sim ejector pin (or paperclip etc.)
3. The edited carrier file (down below)
The carrier file: http://tinyurl.com/md8hjr
Media Net: https://mymedianet.wireless.att.com/
Step by step in text:
1. Downaload the carrier file. Shift/Control click "Check for Update" and browse for the .ipcc then open it
2. Take your SIM and put it into the old AT&T phone and turn it on
3. Send a message or go onto the internet or something that will use AT&T's service
4. Go to your "My Account" page and check that your set phone is NOT the iPhone
5. Go to the Media Net page and enter your cell number
6. When you get the text message, enter the 4 digit code back into the Media Net site
7. Put your SIM back into the iPhone and hard-restart it (hold home and power for 10 seconds)
If this doesn't work, maybe wait a little longer or try the Media Net steps again
